Glimpse of Peugeot 308R HYbrid’s launch control

We haven’t heard much about the 308R HYbrid from Peugeot apart from its revealing in the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show. The new hot hatch is believed to be headed for the production. The Peugeot 308R HYbrid is an all-wheel drive hatchback powered by 267bhp 1.6-litre four-cylinder turbo which is found in the RCZ R, with two 114bhp electric motors bolted to each axle. According to Peugeot, the 308R Hybrid can hit zerotohundred km/h in flat 4 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 155mph.

Time for us to shut up and show you the real deal. Thanks to EVO France Magazine for putting up a camouflaged test mule of 308R Hybrid against a goliath from Germany, the Audi RS3 Sportback for a drag run.
